  Agence sérieuse avec un personnel très à l'écoute et très réactif dirigé par un boss tout aussi sympathique.
J'ai loué des voitures tant professionnellement que personnellement une bonne centaine de fois et pour la première fois, j'ai causé un dommage : coup mur sur aile arrière .(Au passage je conseillerais de louer une voiture avec plus de puissance qu'une Fiat Panda à Madère car c'est trop galère avec les pentes de dingue qu'ils ont ici 🙂).
Ils m'ont bien aidé à gérer le dossier auprès de mon assurance carte bancaire et je viens d'obtenir un remboursement intégral du montant très correct qu'ils avaient évalué Merci Jorge ,merci boss , merci les 2 jeunes gars rencontrés à la prise du véhicule et à son retour.   Everything was perfect. We've rented an automatic opel corsa. The car was clean and quite new with only 10.000 km. The staff was friendly and helpful. We rented the car from Funchal and dropped it at the airport. I definitely recommend it.

Deposite money are not blocked on your card.

  Réservation de notre véhicule par internet la veille du départ. Prise en charge et retour de la voiture rapide et facile. Une personne nous attendait à notre arrivée devant l'aéroport pour nous faire signer le contrat,vérifier l'état du véhicule et nous donner quelques explications (essence, réglage du GPS en français, numéro joignable 24h/24 en cas de soucis...). Idem pour le retour, tout aussi simple. Voiture en très bon état (42000 km). Personnel très agréable.Je recommande à 100 %.
